No Meat for a week personal challenge..Day 1..


 (Monday 2/17/2014)

I wish I would have planned a little better. As I've stated before, I am a procrastinator and most of the time I do somethings just on the spur of the moment. Yes, (I'm still working on that fact).
I really didn't plan or write out a menu to follow. That makes it much harder for me and then I ended up working over at my job, both days on the weekend making it to late to go to the store. Then to top it off we had a snow storm the following day. So for those reasons, I had to use what I already had in my house.  

Breakfast
Egg Whites
Bowl of fruit salad (about 2 Cups)- Honeydew Melon, Cantaloupe, Strawberries, Blueberries and green Grapes
Peach Yoplait Yogurt
Water

Lunch
Fresh Green Salad with tomato and Italian dressing
Water

Snack
1 miniature pack of fruit snacks












Dinner
Cereal Honey Bunches of Oats (2 cups)
Collard Greens (1 cup)

Snack
Fruit Salad (1 cup)
