I did a lot of running around today. I really wasn't prepared and didn't have my meal together for lunch. I just pretty much snacked. Oh, but when those hunger pains started kicking in, a sista realized, she had to eat STAT!! Trying not to overdue it, especially to the point of binge eating. I drunk a lot of water to kinda make a rush "fill me up" for lunch.

1/2 cup of Planters Heart Healthy Mix
Dinner
2 Slices of Spinach Pizza
Snack
1/2 cup of Shredded Mini Wheat
Milk
