Tasty Shrimp & Pasta with Cheesy Garlic Bread

I needed something quick to fix after a long day of work and because I couldn't think of anything else to make.

**Disclaimer**
I almost never measure. I taste as I go along and judge how much seasonings to put in from there.

Here's what you'll need:
Shrimp
1 Onion
3 or 4 Tomato's
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 Green pepper (that I forgot to use this time)
Pasta
Garlic Powder
Garlic Cloves (I love garlic for this dish so I add a nice amount of cloves)
Crushed Red Pepper (optional) I love hot food.
Salt (to taste)
Italian Seasoning
Broccoli
You can always substitute the salt with Mrs. Dash salt free seasoning. I just ran out of it.

Place the Pasta in a Pot of water and boil. Cut up the tomato's, onions, green pepper and garlic cloves. (Don't dice them, you don't want them to be to small) add the broccoli as well and place them in a griddle or nice size skillet (whichever one you prefer) with heated olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning and crushed peppers to your liking onto the vegetables and Saute.
Boil pasta noodles to your liking in another pot. I prefer mine not to soft overdone but just a little firm. My husband loves them really soft meh!

While the pasta is cooking, saute your shrimp in the same skillet with the veggies making sure to season them as well, so all the seasonings can mesh well together on the shrimp and vegetables.

*You put the shrimp in last to saute because as soon as the shrimp hits the heat, they start to shrink*.

Pour the water off the pasta. Put the pasta in the skillet with the vegetables and add about another tbs of olive oil and mix together. I love this dish to be garlicky so I sprinkle more garlic in the skillet with the pasta and noodles and mix it together.

Cheesy Garlic Bread

Here's what you need:
French Bread
Garlic
Garlic Cloves (optional)
Parsley Flakes
Butter
Mozzarella Cheese ( I used Kraft 4 cheese mix)

Cut the bread in 2 halves. My family is small so I use one side and cut that in half. Spread a nice amount of butter on the bread. Sprinkle parsley flakes, garlic powder and cheese (it's optional but you can cut up some garlic cloves and place them on top of the parsley flakes and garlic powder) on the bread.

Cover the bread in foil. Place in oven for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Viola!!

Enjoy!!
